Telangana News: Telangana India's 29th State

Telangana, 29th state?

Announcement done by Govt of India in 2009 about Telangana may come action today after lots of ups and downs. Today, 30th July can be another day in the history of AP after Telangana was merged with Andhra state to form Andhra Pradesh state in 1956.

Lots of people may not know about from where Telanagana word emerged. Actually it is thought to have been derived from Trilinga, as in Trilinga Desa, "the country of the three lingas". According to a Hindu legend, Shiva descended as linga on three mountains namely, Kaleshwaram, Srisailam and Draksharama, which marked the boundaries of the Telangana.

The Telangana region comprises 10 districts: Hyderabad, Adilabad, Khammam, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Rangareddy, and Warangal.

The major problem is who will retain Hyderabad which is major revenue generator for the state due to IT industry. Geographically it should go with Telangana but major investment is done by AP. So AP is not willing to lose it. Now  the city with its booming economy powered largely by the IT industry, will be a shared capital for Andhra Pradesh and the new Telangana state.

Today if decision comes for new state, it will mark the beginning of the process of creating a new state a decade after the birth of Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand.

Other such demands that are pending are:

Bodoland
The Assam government signed the agreement for a Bodoland Territorial Council in 2003 and Hagrama Mohillary was sworn in as Chief of the 46-member council

Harit Pradesh
Demands for a separate state of Harit Pradesh to be carved out of western Uttar Pradesh made by the RLD. The SP is opposed to the demand.

Mithila
Since several Indian states were made on the basis of language, there is a demand that Mithila should also be recognised with Darbhanga as capital. There are 24 Maithili speaking districts in Bihar and six in Jharkhand.

Purvanchal
BSP chief Mayawati had proposed a separate Purvanchal state with Awadhi, Bhojpuri and Baghelkhand regions.

Gorkhaland
The movement for a separate state of Gorkhaland gained momentum during the 1980s.

Places To Be Visited Near Hyderabad: Anantgiri Road Trip Part -1

It was Sunday afternoon, sun was on full heat , after having lunch we were planning to have sound sleep. No Cricket plan as well. after we finished our lunch all of sudden clouds came. Weather became so good. Me and Nirav, One of my room met  heard lot about that. Actually on Friday only we discussed about small road trip with Aprit. So I asked Nirav shall we go , We discussed the same with our other room mets. though we were having three bikes but we were total 10 members so we needed two more bikes. I called one my friend Piyush J as he was haiving Pulsar 180. I asked him about his plan for the day then I asked whether he can join us he said no so took his bike. Zeeshan bhai asked to another friend Sumit Singla, He was having Bullet Classic, though he was in office still he offered his bike. So now we ere 10 members and 5 bikes. Without any plan we any information we started with google maps. two of our friends started in auto as they have to go to TCS office to collect the Bullet.
Actually we were not knowing anything else other than name "AnanthGiri". What is there, Why it is famous, How to reach there, nothing Just name. and the best part was who gave us idea about AnanthGiri himself was not there. Actually we were in hurry so fforgot to ask Arpit.

All of us started our journey and joined ORR(Outer ring road) but around 2 km there is toll checkpost and bikes were not allowed. In starting there was some Sign board for same but we didn't noticed so traffic police given us signal to stop before he could reach us we took the U turn came ran. :) Actually parallel to that high way there is one side way for bikes or small vehicles.

Having Sugarcane Juice In Local Market
So we asked local guys about the right path and started our journey outside the Hyderabad city.
everyone was so excited specially Vaibhav sharma, who recently learned bike driving.
Our Road Buddies

In between some small market came we stopped there and had sugarcane juice. changed our bike and started again. Road was so smooth so now we started racing. I was driving my Pulsar 150 and reached top 98 km/hr. That was max that I ever drove. Waqif was having Pulsar 180 so he went above 100 I guess. But then we realized about risk and slowed the speed. Till now we were not not knowing what exactly is there, what are all places to be visited and why it is famous for. On the way if any cross road or two ways came we stopped there and asked local people about the way towards Ananth Giri. The one who so ever is leading has to stop and wait till all others reach there.

Around 45 mins we reached to hilly area some small forest area started. So we decided to go inside and have some photography sessions. After randoms clicks again we started now as part of reshuffle I got chnace to drive the Classic Bullet, though I was first time But really I Loved that. My friends were teasing me like "ant is sitting on elephant" as I'm slim. Then we Reached to some small Vally and started towards the plains. We though to stay there for few minutes again had some clicks. It was around 5 now so we though to come back as return path also we were not familiar.
Again there was some small road was going inside the forest area so decided to inside. tough some bad smell was coming the we though about AmbiPur, If could have brought that also with us then could have been saved. We went around half Km and having some fun but some forest department  police came. They asked us to leave as it was not allowed to go inside. We said we were not aware about that and started from there. they were expecting something I guess ;)

Haapy Birth Day Maa (Mom) Mid Night Surprise, Ambi Pur "Smelly To Smiley

Today is my Mom's birth day.

I still remember my childhood days, In My school times I used to distribute chocolates to all my class mets. One to all others and two or three to my closer friends. In the evening all my friends used to come with gifts, cut the cake and had dinner. After they leave open all the gifts with great excitement. But before my friends comes,I dress up with new cloths and go to temple. Still remember the taste of "prasadam", motichoor and besan k ladoo.

In whole year that day is used to be my day. I demand and I always got. Music system, Cycle with gear ( Avon Top Gear), computer everything.

Now this is my time to celebrate, though I can't call my mother's friends but still I can celebrate and I did it well. While coming back from office yesterday only I brought small cake. When She was in another room I hide that. Though I forget the candles. :)

Around 10:30 I went to bed as normal days. My Maa and Papa also went on bed after there night walk. Just before mid night 5 mins back my wife woke up me. I opened the cake and arranged in plate with my wife then went and nocked mom's door.

I spread some good fragrance Deo as I don't have much idea about good fragrance that you can get at www.facebook.com/AmbiPurIndia.
I also used some snow sprey to create some nice cozy and nice icy environment. My Mom hugged me with great surprise. No need to say how much happiness was spread with small action.

Me and my wife both touched her feet and wished her, shown the cake. She was surprised as when and how I bring the cake, when I came from office I was empty handed :). I knew that already so hide the cake outside the door only before knocking the door.

As I forgot the candle so put one match stick on cake and burnt with another one, that we did many times in college days. Me along with my wife and father celebrated and sung togather "Happy Birth day to Maa".... she was so happy. Tough I didn't got the first bite of cake my wife got :) still happy.
Then only my younger brother called. Not that much bigger but we celebrated my mom's birth day :)
Small Birth Day Cake with Match stick, no candles
In the evening we went to Jagan Nath Temple. I gave the the best gift that she can ever get.
Can you guys guess??

This Happens Only In India : Matrimonial Rejection Note

Neeraj, who works with Microsoft as a Senior R&D Engineer, got the dose of shock when he read the small note with the rejection on in response on matrimonial site . “Sorry, we want a groom working either in Government sector or in reputed companies such as Tata, Wipro, and Infosys. Those who don’t, and/or instead work in some random a-b-c company, refrain from approaching for a match. Because there is just no match, if your job doesn’t match”, was the specific content of the message.

A Journey From Local Train To See Narendra Modi's Hyderabad Visit on 11th August

Crowd At Hitech City Station, Hyderabad

BJP yesterday began the offline registration of participants for the public meeting to be addressed by Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi here on August 11. I never though for any politician I'll attend any meeting or public addressing. But as others country men  I'm also expecting lot with BJP Govt. Huge Tax that we are paying will be put for noble cause or for developing the country rather than going to dirty politicians bank account as black money.
It was around 5:30 evening my friend called me and informed that we have to go and do the registration in BJP office, Nampally and that too before 7pm. It was raining heavily outside so we put our Laptop and office bag in side office only and started with our lunch box only. We could have taken the bus also but it was huge traffic due to rains. so we decided to take  local train from Hitech city to Nampally. Though sharing auto are there but due time constrained we booked a auto till Hitech city station. though it is not very far from office but due rainy season auto riksha  driver demanded more. But we already decided to go so accepted his charge. :)
Rainy Day Outside HitechCity Station, Hyderabad
After 20 mins we reached to Hitech city station. We didn't have the change, gave him 500 buks and he also refused. There were other Tempo traveler we asked them also for change but they too don't have. Change is becoming the major problem with everyone  now a days. It was raining heavily so we could not go out also to check with others as don't want to get more wet. :)
There was small shop for tea stall, we went  there and asked in the starting the lady shopkeeper also refused but after few mintues she might have realized our condition she gave us the change. After paying the rikshaw we ran towards the station. After taking the ticket we went to platform to bord on train. After waiting 20 mins one local came but it was so crowded that we were not able to board. We were standing under the platform shadow. There was one board " Till this point only ladies". In the starting we didn't notice due rain. After reading we went below the over bridge. We were not having and rain  coat or umbrella. Started  shivering now. Till now on opposite side three local came but on our side only one that too we missed, time was around 6:45. Approximate 40 minutes journey from Hitech city to Namplayy. My friend said even if we get now it will be too late. My friend call BJP office, the guy was also left. So now there was no point of going there. :(
Now we decided to come back. We have three options.
1. We can take local from there.
2. We can go to office and take our regular cab.
3. We can go to JNTU and get bus.
In last two option we have to face the heavy traffic. So decided to take local only. When we cross and reached other side two trains came for Nampally that we were expecting before changing our plan. Again we waited there arround 20 mins till next train came and finally we reached home completely wet.

Plants Have Sense Amazing Video

Have you ever wondered what the grass under your feet feels, what an apple tree smells, or a marigold sees? Plants stimulate our senses constantly, but most of us never consider them as sensory beings too.

Plants are bursting with movement. They are rich in sensation, and respond to the stimulation of the Surrounding world every moment of their active lives. They can send messages to one another about overcrowding or a threatened attack by a new pest. Within each plant there is ceaseless activity as purposive as that in an animal. Many of them share hormones that are remarkably similar to our own. Their senses are sophisticated: some can detect the lightest touch (better than the sensitivity of the human fingertips), and they all have a sense of vision.

Plants are subject to a great range of stimuli, and have fine tuned senses to optimize their behavior. Inside a plant there is ceaseless activity. Microscopic particles within each cell are moving around to catch the light to the best advantage, and cytoplasm inside the cells is streaming from one place to another.

A Dip In Triveni Sangam, Prayag (Allahabad)

Sangam Bank, Allahabd
Last week I went back to My home town, Allahabad for attending my best friends marriage and the way I took a dip in Sangam, I'll never forget the way we bathed with out spare clothes with us :)
I still remember my childhood times, arround 15 years back when my grandmother used to stay in the camps of Kubh Mela, which happens every year in the month of January.

The Kumbh Mela, believed to be the largest religious gathering on earth, is held every 12 years on the banks of the 'Sangam'.The one celebrated at the Holy Sangam in Allahabad is the largest and holiest of them as the confluence of the holy rivers Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati.

After visiting the Kumbha Mela of 1895, Mark Twain wrote:
“  It is wonderful, the power of a faith like that, that can make multitudes upon multitudes of the old and weak and the young and frail enter without hesitation or complaint upon such incredible journeys and endure the resultant miseries without repining. It is done in love, or it is done in fear; I do not know which it is. No matter what the impulse is, the act born of it is beyond imagination, marvelous to our kind of people, the cold whites."

With my brother, 'Anurag' and uncle's son 'Bholu', we went to area named 'Keedganj' for some work while coming back I asked to take the short cut which goes near by the area where Kumbh Mela happens, is known as 'Pared Area' locally. During normal days you will find lots of local people playing cricket, learning driving.
Badwa Hanuman Temple, Allahabad

Casually I said to Bholu that if I had bathed then  we can go for Hanuman Temple, Which is very famous in Allahabad, also known as "Bade Badwa k Hanuman Jee". Bholu took a turn towards sangam and said come we will go towards the bank of Sangam. When we reached my old memories came back I said "It has been around 15 years since last time I took bath in holy Sangam." That too when my grand mother used to do "Kalpwas". Bholu looked me very strangly and said "no one is so sinner than me, You are from Allahabad and still didn't took bath in holiest Sangam, come we will go and have bath now". We didn't bring any towel or other spare cloths, how will bath, how we will change. He said no problem he will arrange. He went to one of the "Pandas", pandit used to sit on the bank for worship, bring one towel and said now go and have dip. It was really amazing. When came back Bholu said put your wet cloths in polythin bag, which also was arranged by him from somewhere when I was enjoying the dip. With old memories came back home. :)

The Idea Caravan: Dr. Ganesh Rakh Pune Based Doctor Special Services To Womens

Girls are more dramatic, they fight with their best friend every other day, but if if you ask to boys/men, girls are proved to be the better friends than Boys. It is already known. If you have any problem go to your mom, She will listen to you, doesn't matter what time it is where she is, Moms alws love their kids. No one in the world with whom you can compare your mom.
In our daily hectic scheduled life, if your wife is house wife or working she balance everything no matter office or home.
In short, without girls there won't be any life.  The men are always seeking from women a little pillow to put their heads down on. One day these little angles become mothers and take care of us, men are always longing for the mother who held them as infants. If they are so important then why still Female Foeticide "A Death Before Birth" exists in our society. Why it has been a practice for hundreds of years. Sadly, there have been numerous incidents of the fetus being found lying in farms, floating in rivers, wrapped up in jute bags etc.

It has been six long decades since India gained independence but many Indians are still trapped in age-old traditional beliefs. Here, ‘old beliefs’ imply the mindset of people who still find themselves in the trap of girl-boy inequality. The ‘liberal’ Indian society has failed to transform the other orthodox India.

  • Narrow-minded people do not mind murdering their unborn daughters for the fear of giving huge amounts of dowry at the time of her marriage.
  • Light the funeral pyre and be the bread earner of the family.

Female foeticide is not only common in rural areas where social discrimination against women, lack of proper education. We have to come forward and do some action. I really inspired with the story of Dr. Ganesh Rakh, running Medicare Hospital Foundation Trust in the Hadapsar suburb of Pune in India, does not charge any fees if the infant delivered is a girl. The initiative was launched on the occasion of Savitribai Phule birth anniversary on January 3, 2012. Till date in over 144 deliveries, both normal and caesarian, maternity charges were not only waived off but the entire hospital celebrates the birth of the girl child by distributing sweets in the hospital.

Family members cry in the hospital after hearing the news of the birth of a baby girl. Then they start arguing among themselves over the footing of the hospitalization and medicines bills. Which is very painful. Dr. Rakh decided to give it a full stop and decided to not charge any fees for the girl child’s birth in  hospital. Dr Rakh's father was a labourer at Market Yard, Pune and did not have money for his education, he did well in studies and supported it through government scholarships. Thus,  completed his post graduation in medicine. He wanted to give back in some ways to society in a bid to help the poorer sections of society, so in 2007 set up a 25-bed Medicare General and Maternity Hospital. Initially he received a luke-warm response from his gynecologists and pediatricians, now hospital  bears the expenses of neo-natal care.

Dr. Ganesh Rakh: You Tube Link in Marathi

Franklin Templeton Investments partnered the TEDxGateway Mumbai in December 2012.

The matter was discussed in length and breadth in the inaugural episode of the show ‘Satyamave Jayate’ anchored by Bollywood actor Aamir Khan.  Although the show is doing really well and has already garnered positive reviews from the audiences. Still lots need to be done.We need men Like Dr. Rakh.
Now many other doctors are getting inspired with Dr Rakh and taking initiative towards the same.

Girls Safety Tips : Things A girl can Do for When Travelling Alone + Safety of Women + Safety Tips For Women Traveling Alone

"A baby girl...one of the most beautiful miracles in life, one of the greatest joys we can ever know, and one of the reasons why there is a little extra sunshine, laughter and happiness in your world today."
                                                                                                       Author: unknown

Every day now and then if read news paper or watch news you will get the news about girls, but admiration will be less and full of crap rape victims and lots of them.

On one one hand we are talking about equality in every aspect but in other hand such shameful acts. As topic is very sensitive I won't go in details but these are few step that a girl can take while travelling alone, I read  this many places though accumulate all and give a single point.

1) What should a woman do if she finds herself alone in the company of a strange male as she prepares to enter a lift in a high-rise apartment late at night?
Experts Say: Enter the lift. If you need to reach the 13th floor, press all the buttons up to your destination.
No one will dare attack you in a lift that stops on every floor.

2) What to do if a stranger tries to attack you when you are alone in your house, run into the kitchen.
Experts Say: You alone know where the chili powder and turmeric are kept. And where the knives and plates are. All these can be turned into deadly weapons. If nothing else, start throwing plates and utensils all
over.Let them break. Scream. Remember that noises the greatest enemy of a molester. He does not want to be caught.

3) Taking an Auto or Taxi at Night.
Experts Say: Before getting into an auto at night, note down its registration number. Then use the mobile to call your family or friend and pass on the details to them in the language the driver understands .Even if no one answers your call, pretend you are in a conversation. The driver now knows someone has his details and he will be in serious trouble if anything goes wrong. He is now bound to take you home safe and sound. A potential attacker is now your de facto protector!

4)What if the driver turns into a street he is not supposed to - and you feel you are entering a danger zone?
Experts Say: Use the handle of your purse or your stole (dupatta) to wrap around his neck and pull him back. Within seconds, he will feel choked and helpless. In case you don’t have a purse or stole just pull him back by his collar. The top button of his shirt would then do the same trick.

5) If you are stalked at night.
Expert Say: enter a shop or a house and explain your predicament. If it is night and shops are not open, go inside an ATM box. ATM centers always have security guards. They are also monitored by close circuit television. Fearing identification, no one will dare attack you. After all, being mentally alert is the greatest
weapon you can ever have.

Top 5 Unhealthy Foods + Unhealthy Food List + Most Unhealthy Foods You Should Avoid

Trans Fat or Solid fats:
Solid fats are fats that are solid at room temperature, like beef fat, butter, and shortening. We all know we shouldn’t eat fast food because it’s bad for us. The problem is not just that there is trans fat in the foods, but that the portion sizes quickly multiply those contents. Saturated fats and trans fats tend to raise cholesterol levels in the blood.

Mono sodium Glutamate or fried foods:
The most dastardly way to disguise it: “natural flavors”. Reason to avoid eating fried foods is that most of them will contain MSG. Fries are simply salty unhealthy fat bombs fried in the worst possible rancid oil, which puts you at higher risk of heart disease. Frequent consumption of fried snacks causes a burning sensation in the lower part of your chest. Other problems due to fried food can be Heart Burn, Gastroenteritis, Ulcers, Indigestion.

Artificial Sweeteners or Packaged Diet Snacks:
Acidifying, chemical-laden, and loaded with either HFCS or artificial sweeteners (diet varieties). Soda is hard on tooth enamel, with the sugar and acid being the most problematic ingredients. Diet soda eliminates the sugar, but not the acid content of pop.

Sodium or Pizza:
It’s mostly because of the high cheese content, but also because there’s salt and MSG in the dough, and if you’re getting toppings like pepperoni, sausage, ham, and any other cured and processed meats, you’re going to be doubling down on your sodium intake. High levels of sodium, or salt, can really wreak havoc on your body. Not only does it cause you to retain water, but it also increases blood pressure and can lead to complications with the heart.

Cholesterol or Pork Products:
The amount of cholesterol in many pork items makes them something to avoid, although each cut is not created equally. The first reason has to do with the digestive system of a pig. Ribs have a higher cholesterol count than a pork chop, and one good sized strip of bacon can have 13mg of cholesterol, not to mention plenty of saturated fat and calories.
