How To Look Young:(Beauty Tips To Hide Your Age)+ Age Miracle- Rejuvenat Yourself

He/She is just 30 still looks as in early sixtees. There are so many products avilible in the market claiming that look 10 year younger,10 ways to look younger, easy ways to look young than your age..etc. But did you really know the effect of age on your skin is inevitable. Environmental factors and stress further contribute to this process. But while you cannot entirely escape aging, you can take steps to significantly control the damage to your skin.
A major component of your skin is collagen, a fibrous protein that gives skin its elastic quality. With age, collagen fibres start to break down, and reduce this elasticity. When stretched skin does not bound back easily it sags, leading to wrinkles. So then, how can you iron out the creases?

Eat healthy
A healthy diet is as important for your skin as for the rest of your body. A study conducted by the Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, demonstrated the effect of food on skin health. It found that many foods, including fruits such as apples, berries and prunes, vegetables, nuts, legumes, olive oil, tea, and fish were associated with reduced development of wrinkles. On the other hand, meat, especially red meat, butter, full fat milk, and sugary foods had the opposite effect.

Dr Vidula Patel, dermatologist, LH Hiranandani Hospital explains, `Exposure to sunlight and pollutants in the atmosphere accounts for much of the damage to your skin. Eating foods rich in antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, helps to prevent this damage. Foods rich in antioxidants also help to slow ageing at the cellular level.`

These are some tips to help you eat for your skin:

* Eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
* Consume healthy carbohydrates such as chapatis, rice or whole grain breads.
* Ensure adequate calcium through low fat dairy or other sources.
* Choose lean meat or fish over red meat.

In addition, you must drink adequate water, exercise and sleep regularly for your skin to glow. You must also give up smoking to keep your skin in peak condition.

Use of anti-ageing creams
The importance of diet and lifestyle for your skin cannot be overlooked. But you can get just that little bit of extra benefit by using the right kind of anti-aging creams. The trick lies in selecting ones with these ingredients:

Sunscreen: Since ultraviolet (UV) light in sunlight is a primary source of damage to the skin, an effective sunscreen should be your first priority. Standalone sunscreens are available, but an anti-aging cream that offers built-in sunscreen protection may give you the extra edge in protection. Remember to select one that offers a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15 or higher.

Retinol: This form of vitamin A is an antioxidant that prevents formation of wrinkles and wearing down of the skin. Because it also increases sensitivity to sunlight, it is necessary that you use a sunscreen along with it. Avoid creams using retinol during pregnancy.

Hydroxy acids: Alpha and beta hydroxy acids are exfoliants that help to peel off old, dead layers of skin. This helps the generation of newer, softer skin. Unfortunately, these chemicals can also increase the risk of damage from sunlight; using a sunscreen (along with and up to a week after) is thus important.

Kinetin: This plant hormone is known to have a beneficial effect on wrinkles and skin pigmentation.

Coenzyme Q10: Also known as ubiquinone, this vitamin-like nutrient has a smoothening effect on wrinkles. Besides, it protects skin cells against sunlight.

Tea extract: Research suggests that both green and black tea extracts have a beneficial effect on skin.
